The Livecase methodology is dynamic and the content changes depending on their answers. We therefore cannot change players' answers as it could break the logic of the case.
As an alternative, you can reset the player, by removing them from the session and having them rejoin again to start over. (Please note this cannot be undone).
We also have a beta feature called "Rewind" which allows you to rewind a player to the start of a specific episode. This can be found in the "Players" page, under "Manage" in the left navigation. From there you can search for the player, and next to their name, there is a button to rewind. Please note it requires a page reload for the changes to take effect.
