The Livecase methodology is dynamic, and the content changes based on players' answers. Therefore, we cannot change players' answers as it could disrupt the logic of the case.
As an alternative, you can reset the player by removing them from the session and having them rejoin to start over. Please note this action cannot be undone.
We also offer a feature called "Rewind," which allows you to rewind a player to the start of a specific episode. This can be found on the "Players" page under "Manage" in the left navigation. Search for the player, and next to their name, there is a button to rewind. Please note that the player needs to reload the page for the changes to take effect. We recommend doing this in their presence.
